Is available not only to Progressive policyholders but to anyone involved in an active claim with a Progressive policyholder. How it works is after filing your claim you request the location of a service center near you. (Please see which policies include this service.)
The Progressive Service Center is a one stop shop. You drop off your vehicle; you rent a car if you need one and go on your way in as little as fifteen minutes. Meanwhile the Progressive Service Representative will take care of everything you need from obtaining estimates to scheduling repairs with a body shop in the Progressive Network, transporting your damaged vehicle to the selected body shop and they even guarantee the work for as long as you own or lease your car. This is called the Limited Life Guarantee.
If you are in an accident whereby your vehicle is totaled; The Concierge Loss Claims Service Representative will help you find another car as well as pay you the value of your totaled vehicle. There is never a fee for this service. It can be as general as finding dealers and/or lenders with desired models and financing you desire. Pet Injury Coverage
When you add collision coverage to your policy up to $1,000 worth of coverage is awarded to all pets residing in your home. This is automatically included for the prescriptions and vet bills your pet would acquire after surviving an accident in your car.
